Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. An order is confirmed once we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our area, or the branch is closed.
Menu, prices and availability
We work to keep menu details and prices accurate, but mistakes can happen. Prices and availability can change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, including any delivery or service fees shown.
Payment
You can pay using the payment methods offered at checkout, which may include cash and card. Payment is due when you place your order or on delivery or pickup, depending on the method you choose.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery and preparation times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order and that your contact details are correct. If we cannot reach you or deliver to the address given, the order may be cancelled.
Allergies and dietary needs
If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please tell us in the order notes and contact the restaurant before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens.
Loyalty points and offers
Any loyalty points, discounts or special offers are subject to their own conditions and may be changed or withdrawn. They have no cash value unless we say otherwise.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ordavya is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
